Wow! Where do I begin? Probably should be reporting this to State Licensing. I am an employee at this facillity and mandated by State Law to report any Violations, Wrong doings, Neglect, or any mistreatment of the kids placed at the Village of Child Help in Beaumont Ca.
Pandora Robins who is Head of the Medical Department aka Devils Den, is the only way I can Describe it because its pure evil down there! She's also the Head Devil, a very Wicked, Lying, Hateful, Mischievous, Dishonest person, and Chris is her advocate, aka Step-in-fetchit! Both are the TMZ of Child Help. They both lie for each other and cover up mistakes that have been made with in the Medical Department, but thats the only place their loyalty with each other lies, they talk about each other soon as one walks out the door.
Now that you have been introduced to the Medical Department, for those of you who have not witnessed it personally yet! Let me begin. I know by going through extensive med training in the past, meds are considered Contaminated once they have been touched or dropped onto the floor. This is an every day accurance in the Medical Department, I have witnessed Pandora the Nurse give an old contaminated med to a child that had been sitting for days on one of the most contaminated areas in the Department, thats right! Her desk. Yeak, she has also given kids other kids meds in order to prevent a Miss Med Error. She has hidden from the kids who would come Escorted by staff to seek medical attention to only be turned away by Chris who would per Pandora, tell them she was not there, when she was hidding in her office.
I have witnessed her lie to staff about sending certian kids meds down to the cottage when she really did not, but since she forgot and didn't want the med error to fall on her, she would just say that she did send it and the cottage staff must have lost it, and she would have Chris back her up with that lie. Staff has brought in a kid for medical attention and was told to return to the school by Chris, who is not medically trained, or authorized to administer medical treatment to the kids at Child Help. Only to find out the child had a Broken Arm, and of course Pandora and Chris covered their Ass'es by saying the child was never brought down to medical.
There was a staff who was sent to work in the Medical Department for modified light duty due to a knee injury which accured at The Village, Pandora had it in for this poor staff right from the beginning, she said that she was going to do what ever it takes to get rid of her. And boy! Did Pandora do every thing in her power to get her out of medical, from lying to scheming, when that didn't look like it was working, she stooped lower than low, this staff was instructed by Pandora to distrabute meds. She was responsible for packing meds for all home visits, and to all cottages with no prior training. With the hopes of Pandora that there would be med errors, and of course there was some in the beginning due from lack of training. After her complaints to Duff who is head of HR went unheard for too long, she decided to take Drastic measures and sabotage the med's
After the tempoary staff packed all the meds for the day, the weekend, and all approved home visits, Pandora waited for her to go home that day, took the meds out of their rightful containers, and placed them in the wrong containers so they would not get to the right cottages. Boy was that a big mess. But just as she (Pandora) had planned it worked! That staff was blamed for the mistake and was replaced by the Person of Pandoras prefrence.
Pandora and Chris are are very unprofessional in the work environment Pandora brings her daughter in to use the computer ie.internet for her own personal use on company time. Chris conducts all of her personal businesson the phone during working hours. Pandora stresses on the fact that she cant stand her supervisor Diana who per Pandora says, her hair is fake, her nails are fake, and how she lies about them being real, and how funny she is shaped. Pandora must not own a mirror... I say, "so what "thats Diana's own personal business, SWEEP AROUND YOUR OWN FRONT DOOR BEFOR YOU TRY TO SWEEP AROUND SOMEONE ELSES. She talks about Duffs sexual prefrence, and say's the reason he chose a short spouse is because he's closer to the North Pole! Jose, who is supervisor over all cottages, PANDORA jokes about him looking like Uncle Fester all he has to do is put a light bulb in his mouth. She say's she would also like to know what gym he goes to, so she can make sure she stays away from it! Because it's not doin him a bit of good! I say look at yourself befor you try to critisize others. Oh yea every body in the cottages are Lazy and Stupid according to Pandor and Chris, who both are very rude to staff when communicating via phone or in person.
