No response to three orders

I've named in two purchases for gear and we put an order using the automatic order point. We've never acquired the purchases. I can not actually look for a quantity to contact that'snot defunct. But again today we obtain a saving asking if we require any materials. YES WE DO however, you certain aren't delivering them.
