I purchased a product from this company a few months ago. Unfortunately it was one of those situations where it gets delivered automatically every month - I'm being charged $45 a month for a product I no longer want. I've been trying to get through with the phone number to cancel and return the unused for a refund but every time I call it's either busy, or they are at lunch, or it's after business hours. Reading the other rip off report makes me wonder if I'm going to get a refund for the unused product at all. I just want them to stop RIPPING ME OFF!!!
