We were informed on 1/12 by ATA the advertising organization which offered us the plan (HSA) would transfer our company to some new provider. If we didn't wish to have our plan shifted, we need send them a brand new cost agreement... Which we DIDN'T deliver or provide verbally.
I called HSA often and talked to many of the reps which guaranteed to possess greater protection readily available for us inside a week... This never occurred and we never registered together.
On, 2/19 we obtained a notice from Function America declaring we've not had protection since 8/31. Nevertheless we've been billed $399.00 every month, September through January of and every other costs up to now.
