The staff told me "I got what I paid for", "Get used to it". My partial plate doesn't fit, and they can fix it

I live about 50 miles from Dixie Dental. I heard good things about them. So, I went for a partial plate (upper) with 2 teeth. It took the entire day, 10 hours. They put this plate in, and I immediately told them it didn't fit. I could put the tip of my tongue between my palate and the plate. They told me to just get used to it.
I came out and was waiting on my friend to get his Dentures. I went back in there and told them I wanted to see the Dr. He was too busy. Michelle the tech told me to give it change, they all work like that.
I left, went to eat from there. The first bite it popped loose in my mouth with food between my palate and the plate. Of course they are closed now.
I went back a couple weeks later. All to be insulted by tech Jackie. She told me I could buy a Kia or a Cadilac. I bought a Kia, learn to deal with it. I explained at least the Kia is supposed to run as new. She just smerked, and left the room. She came back to say, is there anything else? As if...
I told her that was a piece of sh*t. It didn't work properly. I couldn't eat with it. That's why I got it, not for looks. She looked at me and told me "You got what you paid for". She walked out of the room, and upon her exit, she threw up her arms, and spoke loudly, "I am through here".
The Dr told her to go back and try to fill / pad the plate. She did, and it still didn't work. She also then tightened the metal that attaches to my perminent teeth so tight I almost couldn't remove it, without fear of it tearing the enamal off my teeth.
I went to receptionist and requested a refund. She told me no, unless the Dr told her to. All I was offered was a credit of 275.00, that I just spent on that piece of crap, towards a different one that cost 600.00.
Well, if I just spent 275.00 and am pissed and waisted my money, what the hell makes you think I'm going to add 300.00 more to it. They have lost their minds.
I then exited, and told everyone in the waiting room; I hope none of you are here for a partial, I was just told; "I got what I paid for", and exited the bldg.
I sought council, and was advised to correspond via their website, and make one final formal refund request. They did call me from ths correspondance, and asked me to come back in? As if? As well as advised we don't offer refunds to anyone. Per Jane.
