Please do NOT get scammed like I did! They kept me hostage on the phone for over 1/2 hour at my workplace. I hung up on them - then they called me back! As the lone pharmacist, there was nothing I could do. They promised airline ticket vouchers that I never received, told me that there was a one-time payment, but now they have taken over $1500 from me - at least one payment of $789 was on a credit card that had a number I NEVER GAVE THEM!
PLEASE beware! There is NO reason I should have ever been targeted as this since I had only been a pharmacist for 2 years and only worked in retail. What did I do that NO other pharmacist has done? They are very good at getting SOME information from you and then divining the rest - especially if it means getting PAYMENTS!
I received NONE of the promised items! They said they would email the news release for me to edit - did NOT receive. Airline ticket vouchers (which I was counting on to make this NOT a total monetary loss) - never received. When I spoke with the representative, she ignored ALL of my complaints and followed her script! I would complain about how I got scammed and she would reply "Thank you for your time, you should be receiving your information shortly..."
PLEASE - if this stops at least ONE pharmacist from getting scammed, it is worth it. We are the most TRUSTED profession and this company SCAMS US? I wish I believed in God and Hell because I would hope there was a special place in hell for rip-off artists like this. I always thought I was smart - smart enough to see this coming - but I wasn't. You got me, Stanford, but only ONCE.
