Constant billing of $99.90 of product, s not ordered. Letters said to go to Collection Agency, have called them several times to report that I did not order or know anything about their products!

Urban Nutrition will not stop billing me! I did not order anything from them and they constantly send me invoices of $99.90, and state they will report no-payment to the Collection Agency! I have called several times to try to resolve this situation but I keep getting mail of invoices/billing from them. Please HELP!!!
