My name is Ty Johnson from Fayetteville Arkansas. I began to recieve products in the mail that i had not ordered. Shortly after, I recieved a credit card statement consisting of three charges from Urban Nutrition inc. Hoboken, NJ.
The three unexpected charges were as follows: 5/2/05 for five dollars and ninty-five cents. This specific charge was run two times on the same date and for the same amount. The third charge occured on 5/17/05 for Thirty nine dollars and ninty-nine cents.
Urban Nutrition sent three packages to my home address that contained some kind of daily dose pill. The product is in a green and white box and called mydailydose. This company can be contacted at 1-800-515-1070.
I would like my money refunded, but more importantly prevent this from happening anymore to me or other on-line users. Thank you for your time and support.
