Like "many" others, we had a horrible experience with Mr. Eric Rosenburg and his company perfecthearingaids.com. His company is completely unprofessional and unreliable. He doesn't respond to phone messages left, emails sent, written cancellations. He violated his own terms and conditions policy by telling us in 2 emails entitled "order complete" and "perfecthearingaids.com has sent you a package" that our merchandise was sent; but in reality, it was sent 3 days later, the same day that we emailed him with our written cancellation. We had to file a dispute with Visa in order to obtain a refund. Sadly, we were taught a lesson in that we will always check with the "Better Business Bureau", "complaint", and "Consumer Affairs.com" before making any future internet purchases.
