I have been on Hydroco/APAP 10-325 for 15 years for an broken back, have been getting my pricriptions thru DrugWearhouse for that period of time. On 2/18 I refield my pricription just as I always do. I got home and started taking my medication as I always do, but it was not taking away the pain. I got out my previous months bottle and realized that they were a different brand. I was taking a brand named AMNE the brand they gave me this time was CARA I was doubled over in the floor within two days because the pain got so bad, and the medication was not working. I called the pharmicy to see if they new about the switch and they said they did. I told them that the medication they gave me was not working. The only advice they gave me was to go to my doctor or the emergancy room. Ive been seeing a pain management specialist, but it was Sunday and no way to get in touch with him. I called another pharmacy to see if the drug they had given me was a cheep drug and he told me it was a cheep drug and he wouldnt even carry it. He is a pharmicist at Walgreen Drug Store at 405 E. 2nd. Ave.in SandSprings OK. 918-246-0514. His name is Carter Barshards. Ive been having problems getting my pain medication even though it was ordered by a Judge. Ive had to sue the Insurance company 2 times for cutting off my medication, even though they were ordered by the court to keep me in my medication. I was a good worker for Baker Oil Tools (Tool maker) I even received the award of Exelance for saving them 6 figures per year for one of my sugestions, but the forced me back to work and I had a seizure on the job. They fired me when I got out of the hospital via courier at my house. The last time I sued I had to sign a gag order saying I wouldnt tell what they had done. Now im going thru the same thing again. Law suit pending. They switched judges on me 3 times before I got them to court the first time. Fred Boetcher ws my attorney and had to get the case switched back every time they did it. I was on SSA 2 years before I was able to get them in a courtroom, and they still denied that I was even hurt. The Judge took them back in his chamber and I could here him reading them the riot act from out in the courtroom. They came back out and sit down, the Judge (Salyer) Ibelieve ask them again if they assumed responsibality, this time their attorney agreed. I received 20,000 dollers and my medical was left open. I lost everything I had worked for for 15 years, my home, my rent house, my boats, my new truck I had payed on for three years. I even lost my wife of 31 years. I guess she got tired of watching me suffer. Or the money stoped comming in, who knows but the good Lord? The Lawers I have now are having the same problems getting them to court. I guess Baker Oil tools have enough money they dont have to abide by the law. Anyway I dont have the money to pay for another pricription at a different pharmacy, and I dont have the money to go to the emergancy room every time the pharmacy deciedes to buy cheep drugs that dont work. The medication even gives me bad dreames also, becides not giving me any relief from the horrible pain that I have to endure. I was making 16.56 per hour in 1994 when I was hurt, now I have to live on 1300 per month. The 108.00 I paid for their cheep drugs is alot to me now. I pray someone outthere can give me some advice on how to get my money back or at least exchange the cheep drug with something that will give me some relief. I feel like im going to loose my mind dealing with the insurance company, and the drug stores and the attorneys. I feel I cant trust anyone anymore, but I am a child of the living God and his word and his promises are all that are keeping me going.
