I ordered a free trial kit for $9.99. I got it, tried it and didn't like it at all. I just noticed that they charged me $89.95 on January 14 for what, I don't know. I never signed up for anything else. I haven't received anything from them. I will be calling my bank in the morning. I hope they will take this charge off.
How can this company get away with doing this. I read where another person was charged another $20 after the $89.95, which caused her to be overdrawn on her account.
This is not right and these people should be arrested for doing this. Anyone got any suggestions on what to do about this??? I forogot to look at consumer complaints before I ordered the trial pack. Darn!!! I hate when I do stupid stuff like this. There is no "contact us" at the bottom of their webpage or address, phone number. I should have looked. I could kick myself in the butt for doing this. I hope they refund our money.
