Cancelled Trial Offer, They took $119.90, one $29.95 chg and $89.95 chg. Out of my bank. Refuse to give it back. It takes days, of calling to speak to anyone

I ordered a trial offer from Smoke51. I received the product within a few days. I cancelled, same day. The 27th of Oct. They took $89.95 out of my bank account. The 28th Oct, another charge of $29.95. After calling days and days (no answer) the 18th of Nov. I talked to a lady, told my money had been refunded to my account. It was not. I sent e-mail, last week.in plain english, this company will not refund my money.
