Dr. Mann is NOT a plastic surgeon. Do not take your child to this guy. He will bilk the insurance company, RUIN your childs face and tell you 'tough luck' when you complain about it. This guy needs an IRS and an insurance audit, not to mention a check of his 'credentials' to operate on anybody's face. Phony, crook, fraud, liar. You will be sorry you let him near your child.
