I signed up on their roster here because I needed a simple cleaning. I needed to get x-rays taken because I was a new patient. The next time I came in was supposed to be for a cleaning. I had an appointment at 11:30. I arrived at 11:15 and was told "There was no time for me, but if I waited for Dr. Larrick I may be able to get in" I proceeded to wait an HOUR, he finally showed up at 12:30. Asked me if I was a student and took me to a back room and turned on a black and white tv on and said he would be right with me. Another half hour later I told him I could not wait any longer and asked how much longer it would be, he said it would be an ADDITIONAL 30-45 minutes. He is always late, while I was there there were other people waiting for him to show up. The staff is obviously unorganized.
