Safe Vapor Smoke My bank account got smoked when I tired to quit

While on Tampa's Bay News 9 website checking the weather I saw what appeared to be a case study/medical report on electronic cigarettes. When I clicked on the link it was apparent that it was an advertisment, but since I had been thinking about trying to quit smoking, I read on.

The deal was that the consumer paid $4.95 for shipping and handling and got to try the product for 60 days. I read all the fine print to be sure that my debit card wouldn't be charged and there were no hidden clauses or auto renew policies.

About a week after I made the purchase I recieved my ecig in the mail. Less than 2 weeks later they charged my debit card for $117.98. I immediately returned the product and called them to try and cancel whatever "account" they had obviously set up. While on the phone with their representative I was told that I could not cancel!!!

Off to the bank I went to dispute the charges. Before the review on the dispute had been reviewed by my bank, REGIONS, they charged me another $65.00 within the same month. Now I want to write a report about the banks failure to help me recover my stolen funds, but one thing at a time.

To date I have still not recieved my money. The funny part is that I ended up quitting, but certainly with no help from the ecig.
