Eyeglass lens edges are polished. This causes them to be a mirror and reflect the opposite horizontal field into your eye, and the same for the vertical axis.
Something on your left will reflect off of the right inside surface of each lens and into your eye and from the right reflecting off the inside left. This makes movement dizzying.
Driving withe these would probably be catastrophic. Walking is dizzying.
Customer service is entirely ignorant.
This should be against the law.
