I also was ripped off. I oredred the free trial, and recieved it. Then the follwoing month on October 30th recieved another shipment and it was charged to my account. Same day I recieved it and was billed for it. I had called O'Berry and nothing has been done yet. I have sent the product back on November 4th. And have called them on Novemmber 30, and my account has not been created. There also was no mention off another shipment to follow after the first free trail. This is misleading and they should be accountable for this. To mislead the public! Shame on them.
