On November 6, I placed an order in the amount of $37.99. The company web site stated that orders would be processed in 5-7 days. I have e-mailed them repeatedly simply asking for an approximate time that my order will be mailed. The only response I receive from them is a page asking me to place more orders. I have contacted their support department but just receive the same thing.
Is there anything I can do about this? I know this is not a large amount of money but I would like to help stop them from ripping off other would be purchasers. How do I start the process? Thanks
