This office has a very bad billing policies. I paid to have teeth extracted, was billed for Nitrous Oxide, and did not use it. I paid for services before the work had been done, which was a huge mistake. The biggest mistake was for paying them with a check instead of my credit card. It's been a month now, and they have not refunded me back the charge for Nitrous Oxide (which was not used). Before having my teeth extracted, Michelle at this office, tried to convince me to use the Nitrous Oxide, when I kept refusing that I didn't want to use it because of past bad experiences with it. The dental office told me that they are waiting for the Surgeon to get in touch with them via email, to confirm that I refused the Nitrous Oxide. I was given a paper with instructions along with the Dr.'s name, and phone number on it, to contact the Surgeon if I had difficulties after surgery. I'm wondering why it's still taking so long for the dental office to get in touch with this "Surgeon" if he's only a phone call away. The Surgeon hasn't contacted the dental office yet to confirm whether the Nitrous Oxide was used or not. I honestly believe that the dental office is not trying to contact the Surgeon to confirm this or not. It does not take a month or more to confirm this.
I have spoken to Gina (the so called office manager) in the office, and she has blatantly said that she was going to leave the charges even though I told her several times that I did not use the Nitrous Oxide. I believe I also overpaid on other dental services at this office when compared to other dental offices. And, the dental work done wasn't that good either. Also, to add insult to injury, the other staff there including, Marcella at the front desk, were very rude. I have come in to not be greeted, and ignored while standing right in front of their face at the front desk. Marcella also has hung up on me, and left me on the phone on hold for an extremely long time, and I had to call back to get someone on the phone. My experience with this office was terrible, and will never go back! Stay away from these crooks, because they are no good.
I have also contacted the Corporate office in Irvine, and spoke with Lisa Marchant with the complaint via email, and fax. To this date, there still has not been a resolution regarding this issue. They have charged me for services not rendered, and are keeping my money.
Very poor customer service, and bad billing practices.
