I bought the test edition just of the Charm White Item. I delivered the unused part. I've a return authorization amount in addition to a mail confirming from Charm Bright a complete reimbursement of $79.28. It was billed to my charge card without my acceptance. I still haven't gotten my reimbursement. I've named and named but get no benefits.
