Hydroxatone contacted me via mail (after I received a letter from this company, I wrote them back) claiming that I did not return their product. I received an em from Russell Wiggins ([email protected]). The following has been copied and pasted from the original em: Thank you for contacting customer care, as per your request we have reviewed your account. Our files are showing that we have not processed a physical return of the shipment and products in question. It is advised to contact customer care for the appropriate return instructions as well as a Return Materials Authorization number when returning the products. Upon receiving return instructions from our customer care representatives it is advised to obtain a delivery confirmation number from the United States Postal Service. This is a tracking ID number and will assist in finding the package if it should be lost in transit. Please keep in mind that you are held responsible for the product should it not be recovered due to a shipping error or if you do not have documentation of the return.
Please contact customer care and provide appropriate documentation proving a return within the first thirty days of the product being in your care so that we may clear the outstanding balance on your account. (Adding, as a courtesy they would reduce what was owed to $105.00 and if I did not pay this... It would be turned over to a collection agency.
This is a copy and past email I sent back to them. Dear R. Wiggins... I do not have the documentation of return because it was returned some time ago. Why would I keep this information when I did everything I was supposed to do. If this is turned over to a collection agency, I will fight it to the bitter end... I returned your product because it did not work and I will also report your organization to the BBB and complaint.com... So I suggest that you either review your records because I owe you nothing. It is not my fault that you are either claiming to not have my returned product just to get money out of me or your organization is not organized. So, please... Bring it on. Copied and pasted: Thank you for your recent response.in reference to your request we have reviewed your account and its balance. As a courtesy the amounts owed have been abolished and are no longer outstanding. You no longer have an owed amount to our company. It is advised that in the future to pay attention to terms and conditions as well as return instructions as they are provided, not many companies are as forgiving for customer errors as Hydroxatone.
Due to failure of payment for products as well as return of said products, you have now been flagged in our system as a fraudulent account and will no longer be eligible to order products from our company. I don't know about you guys... But I am TIRED of companies trying to RIP ME OFF just because they are huge organizations that feel they can bully us around... I then email Mr. Wiggins this statement... Copied and pasted:
