I too fell victim to this scam, fortunatly i read some of the statements on this web before i reacted. Yes you do have to have a return authorization number. Skip trying to get them on the phone that is useless, I was disconnected or given the option of voice mail. Use their customer service email. [email protected]
It took several threatening letters but i finally got the RMA#. I called my bank and issued a stop payment. I made mention of this action in my email so they couldn't claim I did not warn them. If they failed to respond. Yes there are instructions on their web site to return merchandise, no mention of sending it registered mail, however they do mention the RMA# requirement. Once i made sure they were not going to debit my account. I packed up their product, wrote the RMA# on the jars with a sharpie. Broke the seat on their both jars. Their trial offer is for 30 days and states return opened or used product. The seal has been broken they can not re sell it. You will have to invest in paying postage for registered or certified mail. This way you have proof they signed for it. Their return address is a post office box, I did confirm proof of delivery will happen if the address is a PO Box. Per USPS they would put a notice in the PO box there is a package they need to sign. So far I have not recived that proof, but I have my PO receipt and tracking #. This company is a total rip off, their trial offer is very deceptive. The product is substandard. You can buy over the counter product that is much better. So if you have been sucked in like so many of us and have not sent in your product and still in your 30 day trial offer, hopefully my suggestions will help. Tell everyone you know about this place. I have noticed their commercials have seem to disappeared. Maybe they are finally getting their hands slapped by consumer affairs. We can only hope. Very dishonest company.
