I was reading the complaint and ran across a posting where a consumer's bank account had been debited even though she had cancelled her membership and it seems that she had given up.
I just wanted to respond because the same thing happened to me today. I had $87.62 withdrawn even after cancelling my membership. This is at least the 3rd phone call to them because I wanted to verify that my membership had truly been cancelled. I called them on the 10th, 15th and then today the 21st. Each time prior to today I been assured that it would be cancelled. I spoke with another customer service representative today and was given a cancellation/credit number. I should have the amount debited within 3-5 business days. The customer service representatives have all been very nice and patient.
I feel confident because I had ordered another dental whitening product from another company and it was all the very same process. I DID receive my credit back and am confident that it won't happen again. You will need to just give them either your phone number, street address and name. Tell them it is for the Dazzle Smile (gel pen) Give yourself a bit of time on the phone and it should be all cleared up.
