I'm a severe asthmatic. Lately had a poor assault and needed to remove from function to become cured. From July 27- Aug 12 while down I requested my company STD (temporary impairment) Metlife may be the organization.

They sent me paperwork declaring my state refused because of physician not signing in correct location he closed where the title where his company title is in the place of under trademark and he did not place follow-up visit day about the document. The isn't the very first time i posted a state in the same physician exactly the same cause.

If you should be ill you may aswell die when you have insurance they attempt to destroy you with tension and refuse your statements that you need!
