After 2 yrs, today they wont send transaction without understanding the reason behind the Physician visit, witch is extremely individual after I purchased the Insurance through wells fargo witch remove it of my checking acount every month it simply stated for almost any physician visit or dentist visit I deliver the print-out from Kaiser perm. At that time I sign in they cost me my co-payment it's the full time day physician title why isint this enough it had been for just two decades please enable me make sence of this.
