I won't bore you with the details. Problems were:
Product was not as expected (based on previous order)
So-called "Easy Return" included a restocking fee despite this problem
No reply to emails
Telephone customer "service" was dreadful in total lack of flexibility and customer satisfaction.
On-line businesses with this kind of poor service should not be patronized. We CAN encourage good customer service by avoiding businesses like this.
