I bought L'Oreal 's new Mousse Absolue as I believed the hype the tv advertisement promised and because it offers a second application. It costs far more than other colourants so I expected it to be really good. I have used their products many times and generally have not had any reason to complain.
However, having followed the instructions to the letter, iit did not colour my roots and has left me with greasy and very dull hair.
I emailed L'Oreal the following day to complain but they have still not responded three days later. Their poor customer service is testament to the company's attitude towards their customers therefore I will not be buying their products from now on. A truly dreadful product and an even worse company.
