I ordered a first pair of glasses from this company on the internet, i received them in less than ten days and was very impressed with the quality. I called the manager and thanked him and told him i was going to order a second pair and i also wanted a pair for my wife, he told me to place the order and he was going to take care of it. After fourteen days i called and was assured that my glasses were gonna be in my mailbox within three days. Today they wre still not here so i asked to speak to the gentleman who promised this quick turnaround and was told he had been fired. So i asked to speak to the manager who seemed so lost that i almost hung up, he said the computers were down and he'll call me back. After six hours i called back and spoke to someone else David who was so rude i hung up. I called back an hour later and spoke to a third gentleman who seem like he did not a clue on anything but the mailing process, so i asked him about the original manager and he told me that he was no longer with the company and he had all the passwords to the systems and the place could not function. My question is to the owners if and when i receive my glasses do i get a complete refund like your ad says. And why do you fire someone who is very efficient and replace them with someone who has no clue. Because your new manager has none.
