Support, through the years, has changed to sub standard, and irresponsible. At-one stage, within the last couple of years, I had been handed removed from the Physician (Ravi Bhalla doctor, FACR) towards the PA (Michael D. Peterik). Once that occurred, I experienced the neglect degree increase dramatically. Our last two visits were the final that I had been prepared to endure. The very first of both appointments was on July 30. On that day, I mentioned resuming a prior plan for treatment (Orencia). I had been recommended that I'd need to RE-qualify, with my new insurance carrier. This required body testing, and x rays (that we had finished that evening). I had been planned to get a "follow up" visit on August 28. I came across that, throughout the following twenty (20) work-days, NOTHING was completed. I'd anticipated that, because we'd particularly mentioned it, I'd be getting an Orencia infusion that evening. Nevertheless, Mr. Peterik appeared totally amazed by this. AND, hadn't posted the correct info to my insurance carrier, and consequently had NO previous agreement in position to permit me to get the treatment that I preferred. When confronted by our prior dialogue, and my objectives, Mr. Peterik merely stammered and again-peddled, and encouraging to help make the required calls, darted from the space. Subsequently, to include insult to damage, he delivered THEIR helper directly into operate interference with me, and obtain me to accept watch for therapy. I had been guaranteed motion, and/or perhaps a verification phone, ASAP. Around this day (September 08), NO calls have already been obtained. As a result of this insufficient obligation, and patient, I'm no further time for this office.
