I saw an ad on Yahoo's website about a local mom who ordered two free trials to help whiten her teeth. Of course I thought this would be great to try since it was so much less than going to the dentist and having my teeth bleached. Little did I know that I would have a charge in my account for $92.37 that I didn't authorize. I called the company today (9/1/09) and cancelled my membership. I told him that this was supposed to be a free trial. He advised that there is a 10 day trial and if the product is opened & used they will not issue a refund of the product. Luckily, I haven't touched the product yet. He sent me a RMA number and address to return the product. Of course that doesn't help my account being overdrawn for something that I never authorized! This company is very misleading and ripping people off. I can't imagine how many people fell for this! I am luckily in contact with my bank already and they are working with me on getting this resolved.
Do not fall into this trap!!!
