I ordered a free sample of dazzle white for teeth and provided a credit card number for shipping only which was around 15 dollars. About 1 week later I received 4 more tubes I didn't order and a charge for over 130 dollars on my credit card. It has taken several phone calls and online customer service visits and a month of time to get this rectified although I still have not been credited for this charge. I had to pay for shipping of returned unordered products so my "free" sample is now around 30 dollars and interest on my mastercard.
