Per month before i visited our physician. He wrote me 3 medications to utilize together or his treatment wouldn't aid. Nicely, among my medications require pre-authorization in the doctor since i had been on the age of 25. Yes, i did so state i had been too old. It was to get a scrub, a soap but i had been told i had been going to use it for botox or another cosmetic application which i had been far too old to obtain this medicine for our serious acne that i've had for 29 decades. I had been told to attend 3-4 weeks for the insurance company to create a selection and they would send me a letter of approval or denial and the key reason why. I named the physician and he made the calls 24 hours later and advised me he called and everything must be looked after. Sadly the insurance company said they never talked to the physician. Therefore, again i named a doctor and he called them again. Nicely, today was 30 days and 9 times so when i named the insurance carrier now the not too good customer support woman gave me several to call the mail in drugstore (which hurts bad eggs) and obtain the data i had been requesting. I did so and they explained it wasn't there obligation to send an approval or denial letter that it was around the insurance company to achieve that. It wasn't around them to call our pharmacists (that has been waiting for this approval to get a month) and supply them with the acceptance. I had been told to contact the insurance company which the amount was about the back of my card. Called them back another time and talked to ed. Edward was rude, uncooperative, along with a complete smart-ass. Although putting me on hold for 8 mins. He was calling my mail in pharmacy to determine if it was approved and called my local pharmacist (who called me although i had been speaking with ed to let me realize that i'd an authorization). Therefore, i visited the physician settled my cash, submitted the medications to my mail order pharmacy like i had been designed to, waited for pre authorization that i never obtained, waited for notice that i never obtained, and waited for telephone call that i never got. Still waiting for something. That doctor just lost an individual and blue cross will be losing a person also. They forget the stockholders do not suggest shit... We're the customers and deserve better policies and decisionmaking... Not what they would like to give us... Their customer support hurts their guidelines draw and absolutely their next rx email drugstore truly hurts... Have experienced many problems together. That is an ohio based company and my employer can be a inexpensive ohio-based company that does not worry about the rights of their workers. Talked to their human resources dept. Additionally... They suck too. These health insurance companies have to be put in there area and work with their customers and supply a support rather than providing us the run-around, or producing us do their work or attempting to save the stockholer a freaking cent or two. Stop spending 15 bucks for an aspirin if you go to the clinic. 2000.00 dollars to get a mattress... That is my rent for 3 mos. Not 3 days in the hospital. Their prices are inflated end paying for them perhaps you can save some money there. Log off your lazy asses and begin solving several of those problems that is what you get paid for never to harrass and reject your visitors advantages. Take action useful you freaking idiots.
