A very strong warning against using this company or any company under its many names. Long story short... They did not send the product out to you until about a week and a half after i ordered it and then it took another five days in the mail. So it took 15 days to get the trial product.
I ended up canceling the product two days before it arrived in the mail and it took over 15 times to get someone on the phone. One day before I canceled the order the company charged me for the full price of the product. So all in all it is not a trial offer at all and i never had the chance to even use the product before they charged my account!!!
When i called the company to get a refund. It also took another 20 times to get through to someone, to which as soon as i said that i had a problem with their company hung up on me. It then took another 5 times to get another person on the phone and i did tell them that the last operator hung up on me. I explained what my problem was and she was extremely reluctant to refund my money, to say the least. I even asked the lady if she had this problem had happened to her, how would she feel... Not surprising no response
This is the kicker... I know have to return the product at my expense for them to post the money back in my account, which can take another 5 days after they receive it. I will have to send the package back certified, to be signed for, which costs me another 8 to 15 dollars, because there is no way i am trusting them. So all in all this product cost me almost 40 dollars to not even try!!!
I also tried to ask for an email confirmation of the return number and address so that i have documentation, for 25 minutes waited for a live chat operator and in the end they skirted around the issue of sending the letter to my email
I strongly suggest that no one use this company (s)... They have very shady business and billing practices and have no problem taking your money for nothing... Please pass on the word to all that you know!!!
