I too fell into this "TRAP". I didn't realize know I was supposed to return the trial shipment. I cancelled the membership literally 15 minutes after I signed up... I saw it was an auto shipment program too late. I thought the trial shipment was just that enough to try, but according to Dazzle White representative that is actually my first full shipment. Anyway, after arguing with the company, and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which Dazzle White still has not responded too), I'm still out the $. Probably all I will get out of this whole thing is a lesson well learned. It is an absolute shame that companies like this are allowed to use these sales tactics to take advantage of people.
Also BEWARE: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR WHITENING BRITES EITHER! Same scam which I signed up for at the same time as Dazzle White. I read an "email" which I now believe was advertising propaganda from a lady just a few miles away from me. She said using the 2 products together caused unbelievable results. This is a hugh trap... BEWARE! On the up-side, I was able to get my money back from them when I returned the product.
