I have been purchasing cups from eyemasters for around ten years. I have had som issues previously but the issues will always be exercised. Not now. On 05/21/09 i went into get spectacles. I selected frames and contacts total cost was $329.00.in 10 times i visited get my cups. I used them for around fourteen days but i had been having trouble reading. I went bak for the eye doctor at eyemasters and he explained i'd been given the incorrect software and he chaged the bifocals to assist me study. Got the new script to eyemasters they decided to remake the lenses for free based on their plan.in a couple weeks i went directly into get my new glasses and the lenses were damaged. The worker explained they'd remake the bad lense.in fourteen days i returned to get the brand new lense mounted. I had been told their lense cutting machine would be down to get a day or two but they would call me if the glasses were prepared. Recently on 07/22/09 i had been named stating my glasses were prepared. I visited pick them up the bifocals weren't stright across. Even though more evaluating the spectacles i realized that the contacts were still damaged. I had been reall annoyed but keep my cool and comfortably requested for a reimbursement. I suppose they were tired of me simply because they returned my money quickly without hesitation and did not request to let them repair the problem. They've lost a person of a decade that's three family members who also were spectacles.
