I had a severe allergic reaction after taking one pill from my "free trial" and ended up in the hospital. I made my first phone call from the number on the bottle at the hospital to cancel any further activity. I was assured that my account would be cancelled and they were extremely friendly and understanding. Boy was I dumb, I continue to get billed 79.99 for shipments that haven't ever arrived. I called again to explain and was put on hold to "check" my account and after 45min. I gave up and hung up. This has happened three times now. According to the website they cannot cancel via email or mail. There is no email address to be found anywhere anyway so i just wrote them a letter (advised to have request in writing) to see if this gets me anywhere, I am not to hopeful. My bank account is now overdrawn and getting charges like you wouldn't believe. I assumed that stopping the autoshipment meant the autobilling would stop also!
