I purchased a plan from the last year that claims to offer hospitalization medical insurance for wellness and a pharmacy plan. The pharmacy plan covers nothing.
Taking now is covered by the so-called insurance I had surgery on my eye. They made every excuse in the world as to why they haven't even looked at processing claim. I faxed and other documents, and after repeated phone calls was told that all except Faxes so I mailed the claimin and they claim they never received it. Yet, according to the billing department at the hospital. They called and said they only offer negotiations of reduced rates noninsurance. Throughout the rest said they use the word insurance. But then a very small print on the last page, they claim it's not insurance. Repeated phone calls I get ignored. I have now been turned over collections, because of this scam artist organization. They have salespeople to lie through their teeth kept telling you anything you want to hear in order to get your money. My next step is going to be to contact the state of Georgia Attorney General's office.
Do not get suckered by these crooks
