We had our dogs covered by 24PetWatch Pet insurance.
Don't bother wasting your money with this company. We've had nothing but problems with this company. They will not pay claims. Every time we've made a claim, they either say they can't pay until they receive the dog's full medical history or that they never received the claim. We've faxed multiple copies of medical histories, including the successful fax transmission reports of previous attempts and they still refuse to acknowledge they received any information. They gave us an alternative 'priority' fax line to use and the same thing happened. They claim they never received the required documents. After cancelling the coverage on our animals, they still billed us! I called their cancelation depatment, again, and they said last time the call went to a regular customer service rep and not a cancellation rep. This company is very shady and is not to be trusted.
