Grand Crowne Resorts / Sherry Carpenter Death of Husband, Trial Package & Sherry Carpenter, the Cold-Hearted Non-Entity Branson Missouri

My husband & I celebrated our anniversary at Grand Crowne Resort in Branson, 01-07. While there, we purchased a week package for $995.00.

My husband died of a heart attack, 4-29-07. I wrote 3 letters and made phone calls requesting a refund. (It took them more than a month to even respond to me.) They finally sent me a stinking form letter stating there were no refunds. It was signed by SHERRY CARPENTER.

There are NO bereavement clauses in the contract, I am financially strapped and I am in the throes of depression, mourning the loss of my lovelight! The customer service woman, SHARON, told me the decision was final. SHERRY CARPENTER didn't respect me enough to even talk to me, herself! I asked, then, for even a partial refund. This very rude Sharon, once again, said no! I asked her to PLEASE ask Sherry, that Sherry would have a heart.

The next day, a gruff Sharon, left a message to say that SHERRY CARPENTER had made her final decision of NO! I am working 3 jobs, still paying on a credit card for the package, am over 50 and have been dishonored and humiliated by SHERRY CARPENTER and SHARON at Grand Crowne Resorts.

There is no need for this treatment! Their time will come, when it does, I hope they remember me!
