I ordered a FREE TRIAL of this product and agreed to pay the shipping and handiling price of $2.97. I was then charged the price of $78.99 for this same product which I gave no consent to be charged. I called the customer service number and was told I could not get a refund back even if I send the unopened bottle back. I gave no consent to be charged for that amount. I am very upset because that money was all I had at the time in my account and now I have to pay extra charges for these people's SCAM!!!
