I received a letter in the mail from a collection company for the amount of 721.85 from Silver Creek Family Dental.
I haven't done business with this business in over 15 months, and I haven't heard a word from them in the past 15 months.
I called Silver Creek Family Dental myself. They "can't" show me the actual bill, so I have no idea if it's a service I received and need to pay for or if it's just an error. The receptionist told me I can call collections to get the information I need, or wait for someone to call me.
