Dentist worked on 3 teeth, one of which required a root canal. I was asked to pay $900 up front and now they cannot get insurance to pay for the 3rd tooth, due to what they considered to be "not extensive loss." Why did doctor do the work if it was not necessary? I don't have the extra $400 to pay them. I already paid them the $900 they asked for that was to be out of pocket after insurance.
