RezV Elite - Stole from my credit card! - Scammed! Hoodwinked by RezV Elite

I answered this add on a facebook advertisement, 20 May and this product was advertised as a free sample. I live in Australia and had not received RezV Elite pills when I received this email -

If you have any questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate to reply me with questions, such that we may be able to resolve any issues as swiftly as possible.

I received confirmation email of my order Sat 23 May with "Your item (s) will be shipped and you should expect them within 8 - 10 business days."

I have not received RezV Elite let alone trialing or enjoying the purchase and it hasn't even been 15 days! Even you can see the sense of the first confirmation email which was sent on 23 May saying that I would expect this within 8 - 10 business days... So where are they?

Please rectify immediately or reverse credit card charge. I will be contacting my bank first thing in the morning stopping payment. I did not authorise you to charge my card $79.95. That is fraudulent. I authorised payment for shipping and handling fees and a trial bottle.

I have since been billed twice and only just received the "free" Resveratrol on 16 June.

I do not wish to subscribe.

I have just received my "FREE" trial bottle of Resveratol and picked it up from the... Post Office at 4.30pm, 16 June which can be verified by signatures on parcel pick up. The package I received was posted from China with no return address and all that was readable on label of parcel EMS EE15502498CN was the word 'gift'... Everything else is in Chinese??? So if I was to return the product who was I supposed to return it to seeing that you have not even bothered to reply to my questions in the emails I sent you.

Because of your lack of response I am now questioning the contents as there is nothing to say on the bottle where the pills were manufactured or company details etc. So I'm inclined to have them investigated. I suspect the product was made in China and from what remains questionable.

It all started when I received an email from you on the 4 June... Had you had responded and listened then this would not have been an issue but as it has become an issue then I will fight it to the fullest and that means a satisfactory outcome for me.

I sent you an email on 5 June stating that I did not authorise you or your company to take any payments from my Credit Card and asked you to reverse the payment you stole from my credit card. At that stage my bank had not received a debit request from RezV Elite and it would have been a simple matter for you to reverse the payment. I also explained in my email that I had not even received my free trial bottle. I realised then that something was wrong with this whole thing and did not want to continue with the product or your company. I do have the copy of my email that I sent you to stop taking payments as I had not agreed to continue with subscriptions. What you have done is fraudulent. I only authorised payment for shipping and handling fees and a trial bottle and did not give you confirmation that I wish to continue the subscription. I have had no other correspondence from you in regards to my complaint to sort out this situation. I did not want to continue with this but you ignored all attempts on my behalf to stop.

You have plainly ignored my request and that was that I do not wish to subscribe. You have not bothered to answer my questions so that you can resolve this issue as swiftly as possible as you state in your email.

Therefore I shall take this further and will contact the relevant authorities here in Australia as well as the media. I have been told by my bank that this happens quite a lot with companies like yours and I'm totally disgusted! I'm sorry that I was naive and foolish to put my trust in your company but unfortunately for you, you picked on the wrong person. I will not be duped and will do my upmost to stop this happening to other people. You are scammers and I will not hesitate to contact Oprah, 60 minutes, CBS, CNN and MSNBC. Thanks to the wonderful world of the internet. That will also put your testimonials for this product in doubt. Trust me, I have seen it happen before.

You will contact me immediately as I will not hesitate to make as much noise as possible to question RezV Elite's integrity. At this stage I have put in a dispute with my bank who are by the way very sympathetic and more than willing to help recoup my money. I have also cancelled my credit card. As soon as I have proof that you have forwarded me a cheque or money order (as I have cancelled the credit card) for the amounts that you have stolen from my account then I will reconsider public exposure of your company's integrity.

I can get the necessary attention that I require to take make the public aware of your company's lack of integrity, morals and sublimal scam. I am not afraid to do so, trust me. I will also post this to relevant sites on the internet and I'm sure that you would not like this to happen.

So please pay me the courtesy and reply promptly otherwise I will proceed.
