I took a job at club tan centers of oregon as a manager from ron zemp the owner. Little did i know what a nightmare it was going to be. I walked out because of the way he handled customer complaints about problems with there account, do to corperate mishaps (like taking money out of the customer bank account, even after there packages were already paid off.) look at the better business bureo, and the camplaints filed at the district attorneys office and see yourself. But the main reason i filed this is the way he treats his staff. You cannot track the commissions you make, you can have commissions taken away from you at his discression. Work you 60 hours a week, and still yell at you. I am happy to say that i won my lawsuit against him this week! The reason i am posting this is to see if anyone has had the same problem in the last seven years, and wants to stand up and say you cant do this to me.
