Ordered Purity 12 under assumption it was a free trial as advertised. Only to pay for shipping. Was told later on the phone there was a 12 day trial and then I was to be charged full amount for product. Was told this info was in fine print somewhere on web site. Did not see it. Was told I was e-mailed this. Was not. Tried to have charges reversed. No luck. And product does not work anyway after using 2 weeks. Am notifying Better Business Bureau. Deceiving and Fraudulent practices.
