GNS, Inc is slick with its marketing approach. They lure you in with a FREE 21 day trial that starts from the day you order - just pay the $2.95 in shipping costs. The 21 day Free trail is the kicker as the product arrives with little or no time to return it within their 21 day window.
To make matters worse you have to call them to get a return authorization number that has to be listed on the outside of the package for them to accept the return which will never reach them in the 21 day window. When you call you are put on hold for 30 minutes minimum.
Consequently you are charged a $70.00 fee for the product which is no more than a flushing agent that you buy anywhere for a tenth of the price.
To add insult to injury they then put you on an autoship plan and you have a nightmare with credit card charges on a product that you can't return.
This a scam from the word go. I've reported them to both the postal service and Colorado Attorney General.
Do not do business with this company under any circumstances.
