But gave me a direct phone number, toll free (866) 652-0479. You are placed in line with other callers and told your statis every min. Or so. After a few min. S, I spoke to a Representative that was prompt and polite and gave me a cancelation no. Today May 28. Unlike many companies you do not have to get a RMA (return merchandise authorization #) and return un-used product, which several companies require you do, which in turn cost you 2 shipping charges. One to recieve and one to return.
