Approx. A month ago I was looking to buy a small amount of pain relief medication online. I was doing this because I am in chronic pain, and did not have a pcp. I filled out an online questionarre for this group... Www.uspatientcaregroup.com (which I now can not find any where) Last week I received a phone call from Alicia stating she was calling from the shipping dept of a pharmacy and has a prescription from DR Frost in MA, that is ready to be shipped. She left a phone number of 646/807/2202. I contacted her, she stated they are located in New York, New York, and would be able to ship a certain amount of pills overnight to my house if I paid the amount of the medication. I inquired if I could pay with my debit card, she stated it would have to be a transfer wire form my card, then she stated i could western union the money to the Dominican Republic, call back with the confirmation number, then they would ship the prescription and call me with a tracking number. I did the above, and then when she did not call me back, I called her again. She told me there was a "problem" with the prescription and the shipping area sent 200 pills, instead of 90, and if I would send another $100 they could release for it to ship for next day. I informed Alicia I would not do this, and informed her they better figure something out. I also informed her I knew I should not have trusted anything she stated, and I was foolish for sending money without product. Alicia told me she will check with the credit dept to see if I could pay the additional $100 when I received the shipment, I was placed on hold, she said she could lose her job.

She came back and stated they would not do that, She stated they have to call back the 200 pills sent out before they issue the 90. Then she stated they were creating a new label for the 90 pills and they would go out, she would call me with a tracking number. (By the way, I asked her for the time, as we are both on the east coast and she was able to give it to me, spot on)

I did not receive the tracking number on Friday night, I called back on Saturday, and was informed by ALicia there was an inconvienance with my order, she almost lost her job, and stated the "manager" said the 90 pills could not go out without the 200 pills being returned. At that point, I blatantly asked her if she scammed me, and if she did to let me know, so I can move on. I inquired about the tracking number for the 200 pills, so I could verify when they made it back to the "warehouse". I also stated I contacted Fedex and there is no order in their system with my name/address.
Alicia then hung up on me.

So the moral of the story is, if you receive a call from Alicia, run don't walk away. The phone number above is the only one I have. I did verfify it is considered a NY phone area exchange. But other than that I was scammed, and wanted to make sure other people are not.
