Free trial turned into $74 charge on my credit card. I hate this company for many reasons. They rely only on the marketing hook. Yahoo should not advertise this company. I am upset with them too for their participation.
Returned product early, followed return instructions to the letter, included RMA number, spoke to at least 5 people, invested hours of phone time and follow up. Always the same canned rhetoric, call back and wait more.
I had not tracking or signature requirement, just returned it 1st class mail. Do Not Make the same Mistake. No signature equals No Refund. They denied that my return was received bacause I had no way to prove it. Get proof of your return or you can kiss your money goodbye!
