I had messages left over on my membership but because my membership expired they said i can no longer use the remaining massages that i paid for. Beware this is how massage envy makes there money, also i do not recommend this company the massages are terrible. They are the biggest scammers out there. They took my money a ran. Stay away. Stick to the professionals not someone thats trying to make a buck.
